A full build from YXU Studio is a one-time $499 for one to three pages, $899 for four to six, or $1,399 for seven to ten, in Canadian dollars. Every build includes the writing, a page per service, free hosting on Cloudflare, and the site files and domain in your name.
What built actually means here
Every page is written by hand and published as a static file. There is no page builder, no plugin stack to keep patched, and no platform charging you monthly for the right to stay online.
That is why these sites are fast, and why hosting costs nothing: there is no server sitting there being rented, just files on Cloudflare's network. It is also why nothing breaks the week you forget to log in.
What is in every build, whatever the size
The same foundation ships at $499 as at $1,399:
- The writing, from the call and from what you already tell customers on the phone
- A page for each service you want to be found for
- Your licence, insurance and service area in plain readable text
- A contact form that reaches you, and a phone number that dials on a tap
- Your details matched to your Google Business Profile so the two agree
- Free hosting, HTTPS, and a domain registered in your name
Choosing a size
Count the services you actually want more work from, then add a home page, a contact page and an about page. That is your page count, and it usually lands on the $899 Standard build.
Starter at $499 is genuinely enough for a one-service trade. Pro at $1,399 is for the trades whose finished work is the argument: a project gallery, service-area pages, and room for the photographs.
What is not included
Said plainly, so it is not a surprise at invoice time: logo design, professional photography, paid advertising, scheduling or invoicing software, and any kind of monthly marketing retainer.
The one running cost is your domain, which is $15 to $25 a year paid straight to the registrar. Edits after launch are the only thing you can add here, through a Care plan from $49 a month, and that is optional.

Can you rebuild an existing site instead?
Often it is cheaper to fix the one you have. The free audit measures it first and tells you which costs less, and a fix is quoted after that rather than guessed at beforehand.
